This 100% Caturra microlot lot underwent a 24-hour aerobic fermentation, followed by 50 hours in GrainPro bags with CO₂ added, while maintaining a temperature below 22°C. Afterward, the coffee was pulped, gently washed, and dried on raised beds until it reached the ideal moisture content.
