Juan Cruz is a dedicated coffee farmer deeply rooted  in his land and family traditions. Growing up, he  witnessed his family cultivate traditional coffee   varieties, fostering a lifelong passion for the craft.  The variety, Typica is believed to have originated in  southwestern Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee.
