Fazenda do Cruzeiro, founded in 1923, is run by Iva Junqueira Ribeiro in Brazil’s Campo das Vertentes. This Yellow Catucaí lot undergoes anaerobic natural processing, fermenting in sealed tanks before patio 
drying. A rare 100% peaberry lot, as only about 5% of harvested beans take this form.
